SECTION 21 - SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS: Shipping times are estimates. Medmen boards is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

SECTION 22 - FORCE MAJEURE: We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargos, or acts of civil or military authorities.

SECTION 23 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY: Medmen boards is powered by Shopify. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sales between you and Medmen boards.

SECTION 24 - HEADINGS: The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
